We kindly ask all clients to review and understand the following terms prior to requesting a refund. These policies are designed to protect service quality and maintain fairness for both parties.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply only to new purchases and are issued at the discretion of Nrotus Inc., subject to internal review.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days, either as a service credit or via direct bank transfer, depending on the method agreed upon.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Required Information: Clients must provide relevant account details, supporting documentation, and a valid reason for the refund request. Our support team may request additional information to process the claim.

Refunds May Be Granted Under the Following Conditions:

• Non-Delivery of Product or Service

If a product or service is not delivered due to technical issues—such as email delivery failure or server issues—you must notify our Billing Department in writing within 30 days of the original delivery date. If no claim is submitted within this timeframe, the service is deemed delivered and accepted.

• Access or Download Issues

If you are unable to access or download purchased materials, contact our Technical Support Team promptly. Failure to report access issues within 30 days of purchase will render the claim ineligible for a refund.

• Critical Technical Defects

If a significant defect is identified in your service or deliverable, report it immediately. We reserve the right to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If the problem is not resolved in that time, a full refund or service replacement may be issued. Our technical team may require temporary access to your system or server to perform necessary fixes. If such access is denied or delayed, your refund claim may be voided.

• Service Not As Described

If the service or product you receive does not align with the specifications provided at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Clear supporting evidence must be submitted. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or expectations not supported by the original agreement.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request before project execution or prior to confirmed delivery. Once a project has been initiated or delivered, cancellation requests will be evaluated individually and may not result in a full refund. Service fees related to third-party costs or completed work are non-refundable.

If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately. We will delete the data and cancel any related services without delay.
